Iraqi Blogger Jailed: Your Help Is Needed

The "original" Iraqi blogger was a guy called Raed, whose blog, Raed in the Middle, was at one stage about the only reliable source of non-partisan information coming out of Baghdad. Raed's blog helped spur the entire blogging phenomenon worldwide.

Now Raed's brother Khalid, who runs a blog called Tell Me A Secret, has been seized by the Iraqi police and thrown into jail. His crime, it seems, was criticizing the government or the US occupying forces in his blog.
