Clowns Rule: The Wingnut White House

Tony Snow tells Helen Thomas: “thank you for the Hezbollah view” then insists the USA did not veto a UN resolution calling for a ceasefire (which it did).

I wasn't going to blog about Snow any more, the man has no credibility whatsoever. But here is more proof, if needed.

Snow's only possible defence on the veto gaffe is that the US veto was about a cease-fire in Gaza, not Lebanon. But that argument is pretty flimsy: a cease-fire in Gaza is obviously the first step to quieting hostilities across the region, and US opposition to it makes no sense whatsoever. Not in a rational world, anyway.
