Bush Flips Then Flops On Terrorism

A day after saying "I don't think we can win" the war on (ahem!) terror, Bush today told a group of veterans:

"We meet today in a time of war for our country, a war we did not start, but one that we will win... It's a different type of war. We may never sit down at a peace table, but make no mistake about it, we are winning and we will win."

Bush later explained: "I probably needed to be a little more articulate."

Well, seriously! Why bother struggling to be articulate when people will just whoop and applaud whatever you say?
