Up To 100 Abu Ghraib "Ghosts"

When the Abu Ghraib prison scandal broke, there was talk - but no follow-up - of a "ghost prisoner" being moved about the prison to avoid Red Cross inspectors. The BBC now reports that there may have been "up to 100 such prisoners."
