The Smirking Chimp has news of two new books that look likely to cause some commotion in the Bush camp.

The first, from Kitty Kelly, claims Bush took cocaine at Camp David and while on the National Guard.

She quotes his former sister-in-law Sharon Bush who claims: "Bush did coke at Camp David when his father was President, and not just once either."

Other acquaintances allege that as a 26-year-old National Guard, Bush "liked to sneak out back for a joint or into the bathroom for a line of cocaine".

Of course, this "line" of attack will almost certainly be dismissed by the hypocrites in the GOP as partisan politics.

The second book, "Intelligence Matters" by Bob Graham, may have more impact. It alleges that "two of the Sept. 11, 2001, hijackers had a support network in the United States that included agents of the Saudi government, and the Bush administration and FBI blocked a congressional investigation into that relationship."
