It's Working, Thanks To Bush
The US Dollar has hit a record low against the Euro:
"The dollar fell to a record low against the euro on Friday, with analysts forecasting more declines to come...Analysts said some funds are moving assets out of the United States. I wonder what George Soros is doing, aside from holidaying in Europe? Soros has always been successful at "bursting bubbles", but will even his vast fortune survive head-to-head against the unreal Bush political and economic fantasy? Apparently, he already spent half his fortune during the election campaign...
Investors said they expected Mr Bush to keep the dollar weak in order to stoke export demand and economic growth. Some also were worried that the size of the US budget deficit could drive down the dollar even further...
The price action today is nothing short of stunning," said Richard Franulovich of Westpac Banking. "This is a pretty good guide at just how entrenched negative sentiment is toward the dollar."
