Did Right-Wind Nuts Cause The Death Of Nick Berg?

"The family firm of beheaded American Nick Berg, was named by a conservative website in a list of 'enemies' of the Iraq occupation. That could explain his arrest by Iraqi police --a detention which fatally delayed his planned return from Iraq and may have led directly to his death."

Berg's father Michael appeared on a list of GOP "enemies" that was posted on the Free Republican website. The site includes a members forum in which US military staff boast about causing trouble for people on the list. Sounds like a very familiar strain of holier-than-thou right-wing self-righteousness... :-(
