I'll go with number three: suppress the figures. And that's my final answer.
Now does he:
a) Go the Greencard recruitment option
b) Cut back on Hallliburton funding and 1ncrease the pay for the military.
c) Impose another draft?
I vote (a) ... I really don't see (b) as viable ... and they are avoiding (c) like the plague because they know the draft was the unifying factor for all the dissent in the 60's ... they have a lot of people ticked off but we're still going in all kinds of different directions ... and the last thing they want to do is give us a seed around which we can crystallize.
My opinions only of course. But that's what I think.
