George W. Bush: A Lying Bastard
A new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll shows the percentage of Americans who believe Bush is 'honest and straightforward' fell to 41 percent from 50 percent in January, while those who say they doubt his veracity climbed to 45 percent from 36 percent. And this is before the Rove-Plame case blows up!

Not bad for a president who campaigned, in 2000, on bringing honor and morality back to the White house.
Many of my Republican friends are nostalgic for the good old days. They find its a lot easier to explain a little bit of illicit sex to the kids as opposed to the current tragic mess.
Yeah, there is a whole lot to be said for THAT particular line of thought...
I find myself switching off the TV news most nights if my kids are around...
And when he does pick up on items, my 9-year-old asks some very tricky questions!!! How do you explain the current mess without destroying a kid's faith in government, Democracy and the rule of law?
