The Blame Game

45% of Americans blame Bush for 9/11. Then again, 41% also blame Clinton.

You would think such widespread anger at your government might lead to increased participation in the political process, wouldn't you? But I suspect many of these people don't bother voting, believe all politicians are liars, and yet don't spend even five minutes trying to imagine how things could possibly be better.
