From ICH: New Army Documents Confirm Black Ops "Special Access Program" Unit Covered Up Detainee Abuse.

Task Force 6-26 was a special ops unit working on a secret “Special Access Program”. The unit has been implicated in systematic abuse of US detainees in Iraq, suggesting it was part of a larger clandestine operation authorized by senior government officials.
