Thank God somebody in the media has the honesty to finally ask the question in all seriousness: How good was the 2006 World Cup?

When the tumult and the shouting has died, this will be remembered as a World Cup to forget. The money-raking moguls in the upper echelons of FIFA have some lessons to learn.
