Guantanamo prisoners in limbo:
Bush has said the high court's silence on the use of Guantanamo as a prison signalled acceptance of his decision to hold prisoners at that facility.There really is only one solution for these Gitmo prisoners, other than releasing them all and sending them home. And that is the International Criminal Court, which the USA refuses to endorse.
