Muddying The Waters On AIPAC?

From the WaPo:

The Justice Department is investigating whether a naturalized U.S. citizen from the Philippines stole classified documents while he worked in the office of Vice President Cheney and provided the information to opposition politicians in Manila, Bush administration officials said yesterday...

Pretty strange that these charges some at the same time as the very similar case involving Larry Franklin and Israel (see below). The poor wing-nuts will get very confused... Maybe that's just the point here.

The US is deeply involved in Phillipine government and it's hard to imagine someone like Dick "Head" Cheney didn't know what was going on in his own office.
