Neocons Unprepared For Supreme Court Loss:

"'They really didn't have a specific plan for what to do, case by case, if we lost,' a senior Defence Department official was quoted as saying in the report. 'The Justice Department didn't have a plan. State didn't have a plan.

'It's astounding to me that these cases have been pending for so long and nobody came up with a contingency plan.'"

It seems that all the detainees may now be moved to a single US State (how about Florida, Jeb?). It is going to be VERY interesting to see what charges - if any - the military can come up with, and how these charges will be viewed in a non-military court. After over 2 years in detention for many at Gitmo and elsewhere, charges and hearings should be determined with all due haste. In other words, cases should be heard BEFORE the November election!
