On a day when George Will says Bush has "forfeited his right to be trusted as a custodian of the Constitution", here's a timely reminder of an old Bushism:
It's "the legislature's job is to write the law. It's the executive branch's job to interpret the law."Was that another accidental slip of the tongue, a subtle attempt to usurp the role of the judiciary, or just another sign of dismal, damning ignorance?
