Bush isn't the only comedian in the White House. He-e-e-er's Dicky!:
Vice President Cheney hit the comedy circuit last week, turning in a wacky performance of wit and self-deprecation at the 62nd Annual Radio and Television Correspondents' Dinner.
According to an account of the dinner in the Washington Post, Cheney made a few cracks about shooting journalists and presented a slideshow poking fun at his reputation for humorlessness.
"I know how to have fun," Cheney told the gathering."I'm a real party animal."
The vice president flashed slides of himself poring over documents at his birthday party. He also had pictures of himself with a rifle, and riding a Segway.
Cheney's relationship with the news media has been uneasy at best. Elusive as a unicorn, he rarely grants interviews outside of conservative talk radio and Fox News. "The lighting could be better, but I can still see the whites of your eyes," Cheney told the broadcast group.
